That’s a question I ask every new client because I understand it’s my job is to be your advocate and accomplish your win, not mine.
Unfortunately, many attorneys lose sight of that distinction.
I know when it’s time to go to battle and I know when establishing and maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship with opposing counsel will achieve the win you want.
Prior to entering private practice, I gained valuable experience providing legal defense for insurance companies handling the same types of civil cases I now prosecute. It’s that experience which gives my clients a significant tactical advantage because I understand, first-hand, the strategies utilized by defense attorneys.
My start in criminal defense gave me the extensive trial experience which most civil attorneys never achieve.
